How to make Pompoms

Making this is very easy that even little kids can make lots of these.  Pompoms can be used in a viriety of crafting projects depending in your our creativity and imagination.  

Below are step by step tutorial with photographs.

Make loops of yarn in your fingers.  More fingers used the bigger your pompom, More loops will make pompoms more fluffy.

Alternatively, you can use fork instead.

Cut a small piece of yarn tie it in the middle of your loops to secure it.

Cut the connected loops using sharp scissors.  Trim the edges to make it even.

If you wish to make rainbow colors; 

Use different colors of yarns when making loops as shown in the photo below.  There are commercially available rainbow colored yarns too.
